Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All deposits made to Avner Brokers Inc. are
final and non-refundable
, except where required by law.
The Client acknowledges that trading, investing, or purchasing digital assets involves market fluctuations that are
beyond the Company’s control

2. No Chargebacks
By using our services, the Client agrees
not to initiate any chargeback
or payment reversal through their bank or card provider.
All disputes must be handled directly with Avner Brokers Inc.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent and may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Legal collection procedures
Reporting to financial authorities
3. Account Closure
Clients may request account closure by written notice to

All pending transactions must be completed before closure.
Any balance remaining (after deductions) will be returned through the same payment channel used for deposits, if legally permissible.

Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
